Screw flow sensors
Screw (also referred to as spindle) flow sensors for viscous non-abrasive media with lubricating properties. Principle of operation: a measuring chamber is formed between two screw shafts rotating under the pressure of the measured medium and the cavities of the cylindrical ducts of the sensor housing. Each revolution of the shafts cuts off a strictly defined volume of the measured medium. The frequency of rotation of the shafts is detected by a magnetically sensitive Hall sensor, which converts it into a frequency signal.
